Do you provide same day service?
Yes, we can generally accommodate same day service, especially in the case of a security issue.
How much do you charge for door repair?
Our cost is typically calculated by a one hour minimum and trip charge, depending on your location.
Do you carry parts on your vehicles or do you have to order parts?
We stock all major brands and most commonly used door parts on all our service vehicles. If a return trip is needed for special order parts this will be discussed with you.
Can your technicians service high traffic areas?
For high traffic areas we will provide two technicians to safely redirect traffic as needed.
I've been told by another company that parts are no longer available to repair my door, do you have access to older door parts?
Yes, we carry as well as have access to order most obsolete parts.
Do you recommend replacing doors rather than repair them?
No, we also strive to repair your existing door package before recommending an upgrade.
Are your technicians AAADM certified?
Yes, all of our service technicians as well as our office staff are AAADM certified.
Do you provide ADA upgrades to existing doors?
Yes, we can automate an existing door to meet ADA standards.
Do you work on all types of automatic doors?
Yes, we work on sliding doors, swinging doors, telescoping doors, revolving doors, clean rooms doors, and ADA doors with push plate handicap access.
Do you work on manual doors?
Yes, we work on storefront doors, hollow metal doors, and wood doors.
